Tournament Overview 


Hockey players across the state of Michigan have the opportunity to tryout for the Meijer State Games of Michigan hockey tournament. Seven teams will be formed based on MAHA’s region and one at large team. Players will play a minimum of 3 games in the tournament, receive a team jersey, socks and a player gift. All hockey players will also get free admission into Opening Ceremony (June 21 at Fifth Third Ballpark) and walk in the athlete parade.

Tournament: June 20-23, 2019 (View the Schedule)
Practice: June 19-20, 2019
*Local teams will practice on June 19. Every effort will be made to give teams with players traveling in from Northern Michigan later practice times and later first game times to accommodate the travel time.

Divisions: High School (Girls & Boys), 14U (Girls & Boys), 12U and 10U

Fifth Third Ballpark will be hosting the 2019 Summer Games Opening Ceremony on Friday, June 21st!  We will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Meijer State Games of Michigan Summer Games. 

Athletes will have the opportunity to represent their sport in the athlete parade.  There will also be vendors, swag, merchandise for purchase, entertainment, and more!
