Hockey players across the state of Michigan have the opportunity to tryout for the Meijer State Games of Michigan hockey tournament. Seven teams will be formed based on MAHA’s region and one at large team. Players will play a minimum of 3 games in the tournament, receive a team jersey, socks and a player gift. All hockey players will also get free admission into Opening Ceremony (June 21 at Fifth Third Ballpark) and walk in the athlete parade.

Tournament: June 20-23, 2019
Practice: June 19-20, 2019

Divisions: High School (Girls & Boys), 14U (Girls & Boys), 12U and 10U

Meijer State Games of Michigan Athlete Night at the Griffins

Grand Rapids Griffins vs San Antonio Rampage

The Grand Rapids Griffins will be hosting Meijer State Games of Michigan athletes on February 15 for the Winter Games Opening Ceremony. All Meijer State Games of Michigan athletes are invited to attend.

The first 150 athletes that purchase their “Athlete Night” tickets will get the opportunity to high-five the Griffins starters inside High-Five alley. The first 300 athletes will get the opportunity to participate in the on-ice Athlete Parade during the first intermission.

The State Games of Michigan will be running a fundraiser starting at 8:00 am on November 27, 2018 on our Facebook page. Your donations will go towards supporting State Games of Michigan events and athletes.

West Michigan Corporate Challenge

The West Michigan Corporate Challenge presented by Priority Health brings together West Michigan businesses to get active through friendly competition. Coworkers work together on a series of events to claim the Grand Champions Trophy for their company.

The inaugural West Michigan Corporate Challenge will take place September 5-8, 2018.
