Age on June 26, 2021 determines his/her age for the entire meet. Competitions are organized by age groups of five year increments ( 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, etc, to 95 and over).

RULES - ELIGIBILITY
The Meijer State Games of Michigan Master Swimming event will be governed by U.S Masters Swimming rules, and is a recognized event by Michigan Masters LMSC. Participants do not have to be USMS registered members.
AWARDS
USA Masters Games medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each individual event.

STATE GAMES OF AMERICA
This event is a qualifying event for the 2022 State Games of America. Any athletes who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd has the opportunity to compete in the 2022 State Games of America hosted in Ames/Des Moines, IA.
