5K Trail Run
Lace up your shoes and get ready to run in our 5K Trail run during the 2025 Summer Games. This event will welcome athletes of all ages in a fun-filled, competitive race. Check out the page below for more on the 5K race and we look forward to seeing you there!

TIME
The race will begin at 10:00 am and registration will be on-site at the course from 9:00 to 9:45 am. You will be issued a bib and four safety pins.
The bib must be kept INTACT and visible on your front as you finish please.

0-6, 7-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-16, 17-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+
All divisions will be male/female
RULES & COURSE INFORMATION
Aman Park Loop is considered an easy trail run. Due to the conditions of the trail, no strollers and no pets are allowed. An elevation gain of 131 feet is to be expected during the loop. The trail provides pockets of shade and wildflowers will be popping up throughout the course.
11 and under will race Trail E (Orange) -> Trail A (Red) -> back to start
12 and over will be running the full 5k
AWARDS
Meijer State Games of Michigan gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded for all divisions.

STATE GAMES OF America
This event is a qualifying event for the 2026 State Games of America (SGA). State College, Pennsylvania, the home of Penn State University, is the next host for SGA 2026! The Keystone State Games, Happy Valley Sports & Entertainment Alliance, Happy Valley Adventure Bureau, and Penn State University are thrilled to welcome all of the State Games athletes from across the country to compete in Happy Valley, PA.
