Bracket Divisions:
- Men's, Women's, Mixed Doubles
- Ages 19+, 35+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+ and 5.0
- Boys & Girls Singles Ages 12-14, 15-18, one entry only
- Age is determined as of December 31, 2012.
- Bracket is determined by the age of the younger partner.
- Adults may enter once for Doubles and once for Mixed Doubles.
* We reserve the right to eliminate or combine brackets where necessary.
* This will be a double elimination tournament.

Before June 1, 2012 at midnight:

$25.00 one entry
$35.00 two entries
$5.00 discount for USAPA members
Boys & Girls
$10 one entry
Add $5.00 after June 1
Registration ends on June 10, 2012 at midnight
