The Athlete Leadership Summit is presented by Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. The summit provides the opportunity for athletes, fans and parents to listen to speakers on topics that focus on empowering athletes to become leaders of tomorrow.
The program will focus on Helen DeVos Children's Hospital's seven healthy habits, healthy weight as well as defining what it means to be an "Athlete." Defining an athlete will be based on the NAIA's "Champions of Character" program and its five core values: Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, Sportsmanship and Servant Leadership.
