Traffic will be very heavy when entering the ballpark, please consider other routes such as taking Northland Drive to West River Drive and please plan on leaving early if possible to avoid heavy traffic. (Directions)

OPENING CEREMONY ADMISSION:
  • All 2015 Meijer State Games registered participant: FREE ADMISSION
  • Ages 10 & Up: $5.00
  • Ages 9 & Below: FREE ADMISSION

ATHLETE CHECK-IN:
 
Athlete check-in is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield, and will take place in the Pepsi Stadium Club and will be open from 2 p.m. - 7 p.m. Athletes and coaches must check in at the opening ceremony, where they will receive:
  • Commemorative Credential
  • Sports Information & Program
  • Free Opening Ceremony T-shirt 
  • Athlete Meal Ticket
  • Sponsor Giveaways including drawstring bag Sponsored by Discovery Financial (First 2,000 participants)

ATHLETE VILLAGE:
 
Athlete Village is Sponsored by Funny Business Entertainment Agency, and will take prior to the opening ceremony from 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m., in the North parking lot of Fifth Third Ballpark (directly outside of the Pepsi Stadium Club). Athletes, families, spectators, and the general public is welcome to the Athlete Village. Athlete Village will have:

ATHLETE MEAL:
 
Athlete meal is presented by SUBWAY. A FREE Subway meal will be offered to all 2015 Meijer State Games registered athlete. Please make sure to pick up your athlete meal tickets in the Pepsi Club.
 
Athlete Meal Tickets (If not a registered Athlete): $5.00
 
PARKING AT THE BALLPARK:
 
Parking Fee Will Start at 3:30pm: $5.00
